As a relational integrative therapist, I draw on approaches including humanistic and psychodynamic, tailoring my work to your individual needs and experiences. At the heart of my work is the belief that a meaningful therapeutic relationship is the foundation for our work together.
Together, we can explore what is happening for you now and where helpful, look at earlier experiences and patterns in your relationships to understand what may lie beneath your current difficulties. I will be alongside you as you process your thoughts and feelings and deepen your self-understanding.
